John Phillips, MD, FACS
Dr. Phillips is a Yale and NCI-trained national leader in robotic surgery, residency training, and the basic science of urologic diseases. He performs nephron sparing surgery for kidney cancers, nerve-sparing robotic prostatectomy, and neobladder urinary diversion for cancers of the bladder. He is a past president of the New York State Urological Society.

She is a fellowship trained leader in Da Vinci robotic surgery for pelvic prolapse, male and female sling surgery, and neural stimulation for chronic overactive bladder.

Dr. Eshghi is a board-certified pioneer of percutaneous or 'no incision' surgery for complex renal stones also known as percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). He is an expert in all forms of laser surgery including holmium- and thulium-based prostate surgery. With more than four decades of experience, he has also served as president of the New York Urological Society and the New York section of the American Urological Association.
